3rd Annual Orange 4 Owen Memorial Golf Tournament

Thank you to those who have supported Owen’s Foundation in the past and those that will in the future. We invite you to be part of this year’s O4O Memorial Golf Tournament. Because of past generosity, we have been able to continue with our mission to promote pedestrian, driver, traffic and childhood safety and raise more awareness about the dangers of distracted driving practices. Owen’s Foundation has:
- Awarded the first Owen Cole Brezitski Memorial Scholarship to a Bishop McDevitt High School graduate.
- Awarded two $500 Grants to needy students attending Holy Name of Jesus School (the school Owen attended).
- Purchased helmets and catching equipment for PHR Baseball Association (Owen’s baseball association).
- Donated to South Central EMS; Interfaith Shelter for Homeless Families; Keystone Service Systems; and The Silence of Mary.
- Shared our story to thousands of students and adults at various school functions, conferences and events to raise awareness of the dangers of distracted driving.
- Helped to coordinate the First Distracted Driving Challenge held at Adventure Sports in Hershey, PA this past fall and will be a sponsor the 2014 High School Safe Driving Competition this Spring.
- Currently we are in the process of painting, furnishing and decorating a bedroom at the newest Silence of Mary Home in Harrisburg, PA.
